With us, you’ll have quick access to managerial responsibilities or to field expertise. You will be able to work fully remote or relocate to the Royal City of Gdańsk — baltic seaside pearl of Poland, home for many international companies. You’ll evolve in a laid-back multinational and multicultural environment (colleagues from Poland, France, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Mexico, US, you name it!), and participate in fun company events and getaways.

==> You will be responsible for:

• Working with the Head of L&D to co-create and execute the learning and development strategy for the Gdansk.
  
• Helping to promote the L&D brand (Mad for Learning) both internally and externally.
  
• Identifying L&D needs through competitor analysis, skills gap analysis, Peakon survey results, and regular consultation with the business (using a best-fit approach).
  
• Coordinating the execution of “Madness Management” and take our people managers on a journey of best in class management development.
  
• Managing an annual L&D curriculum that enables people and organisational performance to include: Soft Skills, Technical skills, Leadership Skills and Management Development.
  
• Managing the growth and uptake of our digital content (including LinkedIn Learning).
  
• Planning, assessing and reporting on the ROI of learning solutions.
  
• Ensuring the organization has accurate records of people’s skills and development to enable effective planning to address key skills gaps.
  
• Managing the Gdansk L&D budget and ensuring efficient and effective spend.
  
• Managing effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  
• Supporting leaders, managers and individual contributors with the design and delivery of Individual Development Plans.
  
• Creating, producing & executing internal playbooks and other learning content.
  
• Support the HR Business Partners with all talent and capability requests.
  

==> We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of designing and delivering learning solutions in line with key trends in learning content, digital learning and social learning.
• Experience of end to end Learning and Development curriculum management.
• Experience of working with technical learning programs and vendors preferred (e.g. Unity, tech art).
• Ability to present, coach and facilitate in an effective and engaging way.
• Strong organisational, curriculum, project and work-flow management skills.
• An interest in the gaming industry would be a plus.
• Ability to both work as part of a team and individually. This role will report into the HR Business Partner and a hard line into Head of L&D (based in London).
